Help Worldwide
SOURCE offers a turnkey loyalty program solution that allows loyalty providers to enroll merchants and members into customized loyalty programs under the Help Worldwide brand. Merchants who join the network agree to provide rewards, in the form of rebates, to program members. In exchange, they receive various benefits such as customer relationship management (CRM), advertising, inclusion in local charitable programs as well as the increased loyalty of their customers. Program members benefit by receiving rewards from participating merchants.
The turnkey solution also gives the loyalty provider the opportunity to offer its members a proprietary private branded Help Worldwide Card or enrollment into the Registered Card program. Either approach will enable the loyalty provider, through SOURCE, to record and reward the member as they shop at Help Worldwide merchants.
Real-time web access enables merchants to receive CRM and give competitive rewards such as additional rebates after a certain amount of visits or certain dollar spent. Web access also allows members to review their accumulated rewards and allocate them to various checking, savings or investment accounts, redeem them at participating merchants or even donate proceeds to charity.
The LoyaltyShare ClearingHouse
The LoyaltyShare Clearinghouse is a processing platform that collects transaction data from the purchases of members of all Help Worldwide affiliated loyalty program as well as from participating banks, financial card networks and bankcard processors. The LoyaltyShare Clearinghouse then matches and processes these files. One key benefit derived from these activities is the avoidance of fraud and duplicate posting of rewards to consumers with multiple loyalty relationships.
Intellectual Property
SOURCE owns a portfolio of patents and other intellectual properties covering electronic tracking of cash or cash equivalent rewards to consumers involving two or more merchants. Loyalty providers who become part of the Help Worldwide network benefit from the protection of these patents.
SOURCE has identified companies that infringe on one or more of these patents and has successfully settled several such infringement claims. SOURCE will continue to actively and aggressively defend its intellectual property. Our patents and technology enable us to offer unique and innovative capabilities such as universal reward reciprocation and point-of sale transaction tracking.
