Richard G. Stewart, Jr.

Chief Executive Officer

Throughout Mr. Stewart's successful ventures in finance, commercial real estate, land and resort development, he has been known a visionary leader and entrepreneur. He has been a Founder and General Partner of several successful companies and through his career has directly raised over $150 million in capitalization for land, resort, office and other commercial real estate ventures. Mr. Stewart successfully developed, owned and operated resort destinations in California, including Bass Lake Resort, Ahwahnee Resort, Merced River Resort, Pismo Creekside Resort and Greenbrier River Resort. While operating these resorts, Mr. Stewart pioneered a cooperative-competition business model (known as "rights to use") that vastly increased sales and profits for participating "coopetition" members' a highly successful model which later became known as the Time-Share Industry. In recent years, Mr. Stewart has invested significantly in positioning within the loyalty industry, and in placing Source, Inc. at the center of innovation and intellectual property in the area of loyalty-based transactions. He is the founder and visionary of Source, Inc., LoyaltyShareTM and Help Worldwide, each of which applies a coopetition business model to the loyalty industry.

RJ Stewart

Co-Founder

R.J. co-founded Source, Inc., where he led the development of the first platforms for debit cards and early gift cards, in collaboration with early pioneers in the industry. In the early 90's he designed, patented and marketed the world's first loyalty tracking program. Prior to working with Source, R.J. advised in numerous fields as a business and technology consultant. He has brokered over 20 mega online portals for clients with international technology teams from Canada and India in the early e-commerce years and developed the architecture for the early, social networks designed for the television industry tied to the early goals to deliver competing content over the internet, including Rnetwork® founded in early 2001, and educational software platforms, which Source, Inc continues to owns and support today. He has been a business financial consultant for a large benefits-and-rewards company and acted as cost analyst for several major companies, including launching over 100,000 merchants during the early implementation of the debit card industry. He has advised companies on professional purchasing including negotiating over a 150,000 products direct-to-manufacturer. Finally, R.J. has acted as professional consultant and project manager for commercial developments and resort properties assisting with contracts, business development, purchasing and operations. He has a Bachelors of Science in Business, is currently working on his Masters Degree, writing a thesis on The Global Loyalty Condition, and continues to guide Source in its advancement.

Liana R. Stewart

Chief Administrative Officer / Co-Founder

Ms. Stewart oversees and integrates many key aspects of company operations, coordinating the diverse directives and demands of technology, finance, legal, and operational administration. Ms. Stewart directs the internal team that develops and maintains the company's broad and intricate technology platform. She oversees company-wide operations and helps facilitate the legal and operational integration of clients and initiatives. Her organizational strengths grew out of extensive experience as an Assistant Director for various independent motion pictures. Ms. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Law from California State University, Northridge. She has developed a strong background in technology and programming platforms, is agile in both contract and securities law, and is a strong leader in operations, organization, and budgeting oversight. As a co-founder and part of the executive team, Ms. Stewart's analytical skills and business acumen are a significant company asset.

Roger Van Scoy

Member of Board of Advisors

In the banking and transactions industry, Mr. Van Scoy holds a global reputation for his leadership and management talents during successful launch and growth of innovative new products and initiatives. While at EDS in 1991, Mr. Van Scoy directed the operations and processing for the landmark launch of the GM Card (a loyalty rewards card towards auto purchases at General Motors, launched with the slogan, "Turn plastic into steel"). Under Mr. Van Scoy's charge, an operational team quickly swelled to meet a huge, unexpected demand for the cards ? where over 2 million GM Card applications were processed in only 45 days. Mr. Van Scoy has recently returned to the US from London, where he served as Managing Director for both TSYS and First Data ? the world's two largest credit card processors. During the launch of TSYS Europe, he oversaw the operation from the ground up ? including staff, data center and logistics ? while supporting the conversion of over 11 million accounts for the Royal Bank of Scotland and five other major banks. During the regional, national and global launch of Help Worldwide, Mr. Van Scoy will ensure the full operation and integration of technology, fulfillment, quality control, customer service, client relationships and strategic partners. As a result of Mr. Van Scoy's strategic relationships, top companies in the industry are already considering partnership and possible financing of various aspects of the Help Worldwide technologies and its entire integrated business model.
